Cosa sarebbe la fine dell’anno senza i desideri per renderci più felici in quello nuovo? Siamo arrivati alla fine di dicembre, e la prospettiva di un nuovo inizio fa crescere dentro di noi tanti desideri che speriamo di realizzare. Tuttavia, succede che così come arrivano alla nostra mente, in poco tempo li lasciamo andare, rinunciando alla possibilità che possano realizzarsi. Pensare di poter realizzare i sogni, per migliorare la tua vita ed essere felice sembra quasi un’utopia, eppure, il potere di creazione è insito nei tuoi desideri.
Ti sei mai chiesto se sei capace di desiderare? Se vuoi provarci e ottenere dei risultati, puoi farlo con l’aiuto di una tecnica tanto semplice quanto potente, per trasformare i tuoi desideri in realtà.

COME FUNZIONA
Per iniziare avrai bisogno di due quaderni, uno per la brutta copia e uno per la bella. Si parte con il quaderno di brutta nel quale dovrai scrivere 150 desideri, ma non illuderti, sarà un lavoro veramente impegnativo! Dopo i primi desideri scritti, la faccenda diventerà veramente dura, e probabilmente, per arrivare in fondo ci vorranno dei giorni o anche qualche settimana. Poi succede che a un certo punto, dopo aver espresso i primi desideri più egoistici, incentrati prevalentemente nel ricevere o possedere, accade qualcosa di sorprendente. Per riuscire a ultimare la lista sarà necessario scavare nell’IO più profondo finendo per desiderare cose immateriali, come acquisire nuove conoscenze, vivere esperienze stimolanti, migliorare qualche aspetto della propria vita o donare qualcosa agli altri.
Questo esercizio si trasformerà in uno straordinario lavoro d’introspezione, dove gradualmente verranno a galla aspetti di te che non avresti mai immaginato. Scoprirai talenti nascosti, cresceranno le aspirazioni su te stesso, e gradualmente sarai più concentrato su come ti vuoi sentire rispetto a quello che vuoi ottenere.
Una volta stilata la lista con i 150 desideri, dovrai sceglierne 101 e trascriverli sul quaderno di bella rispettando delle precise regole e lasciando uno spazio tra l’uno e l’altro.
LE 10 REGLOLE PER FORMULARE I DESIDERI
È molto importante rispettare delle precise regole nello scrivere i desideri.
1. La formulazione del desiderio deve iniziare con “IO VOGLIO”, per ribadire a te stesso quello che desideri e fare arrivare chiaramente ciò che vuoi alla tua coscienza.
2. Mai utilizzare la parola NON, o qualsiasi tipo di negazione, poiché potrebbe condizionare le tue scelte. Studi di psicologia hanno constatato che il nostro cervello ha bisogno di comandi specifici e precisi di ciò che si vuole, e che la nostra coscienza non recepisce il “non”. La negazione potrebbe portarlo fuori strada, rischiando di ottenere il risultato contrario a quello desiderato.
3. Non si chiedono SOLDI. Il denaro è un mezzo e non un obiettivo, oltre a essere un concetto astratto. Desidera quello che puoi realizzare con i soldi.
4. Esprimi desideri VERIFICABILI senza astrazioni. È importante precisare bene ciò che si desidera con tutti i dettagli senza lasciare niente all’inconscio. Le parole che usiamo hanno un forte potere e la coscienza opera le scelte in modo razionale. Fare le richieste in modo specifico e chiaro le sarà di aiuto a prendersene la responsabilità.
5. Non fare PARAGONI con altre persone, e non cercare d’imitare altri. Questa è la tua storia personale e questo è il tuo dialogo con l’universo. Devi essere concentrato su te stesso e su quello che vuoi per te.
6. Non chiedere per altre persone. Non bisogna intervenire nella vita degli altri e nel loro destino, perché ciò che noi vogliamo per gli altri può non coincidere con la loro volontà e con il loro percorso di vita. Puoi desiderare semplicemente di essere tu in prima persona ad aiutare qualcuno chiedendo per te stesso ma non per lui.
7. Non chiedere dei desideri seriali. Chiedere per esempio di voler una casa a Milano, una a Roma, una a Londra ecc. Questo induce a meccanismi ossessivi bloccando il successo dell’obiettivo. Ogni desiderio deve essere specifico, originale e riguardare qualcosa di diverso.
8. Non usare DIMINUTIVI O VEZZEGGIATIVI. Bisogna essere precisi dando il giusto peso alle parole. Chiedere una “casetta” potrebbe portare una casa giocatolo.
9. Utilizzare al massimo 14 PAROLE per esprimere ogni desiderio. Questo è il numero di parole che possiamo pronunciare con un respiro tutto d’un fiato (della durata di sei secondi). Quante più parole userai per il tuo desiderio tanto meno sarai convinto di volerlo. Il bisogno di tante parole significa che ci sono tante resistenze e conflitti per poterlo realizzare. Scrivi i tuoi desideri in modo conciso.
10. Non chiedere di amare o fare sesso con persone precise. In questo modo agisci sulla volontà altrui, impadronendoti della sorte di altri in modo poco onesto, e alla fine potrebbe diventare una delusione. Descrivi liberamente il tipo di relazione che desideri per te, chiedendo storie ricambiate senza vincoli di persone o di tempo.
PERCHE IL NUMERO DEI DESIDERI SONO 101
Sembra che le vibrazioni di questo numero attivino ciò di cui ha bisogno la nostra vita in un determinato momento. Gli orientali lo amano molto, perché ha il senso di qualcosa di grande, ma che continua ancora.
Di solito i primi desideri a realizzarsi sono quelli più improbabili, assurdi o quelli che ci sono venuti in mente per caso. Questo perché su di essi non hai ancora fatto in tempo a produrre delle resistenze. Al contrario, quelli che da tempo hai in mente e che nascondono dei conflitti interni, ci metteranno più tempo. I desideri che non si saranno realizzati alla fine dell’anno vanno studiati, interrogandoci su cosa dentro di te li blocca, ed una volta liberi dai condizionamenti potranno anche quelli diventare realtà.
Ogni volta che un desiderio si realizza, andrà cancellato aggiungendone al suo posto uno nuovo o sostituito con uno dei 49 restanti nel quaderno di brutta.
Ogni giorno per 365 giorni rileggi tutti i 101 desideri per creare una messa in moto di energie, e non pensarci più per tutto il resto della giornata. Ci vogliono solo pochi minuti, approssimativamente sei. La coscienza va educata ad accettare l’idea che ci meritiamo tutto ciò, allontanando ogni tipo di pregiudizio.
Alla base di questa tecnica c’è sicuramente una completa presa di responsabilità e di consapevolezza del tuo volere più autentico, per disegnare il futuro così come lo desideri, senza lasciare gli eventi al caso. Vivere in un mondo inconsapevole comporta che siano i fattori esterni a delineare la storia della tua vita. Non è possibile attrarre ciò che vuoi se non sei veramente consapevole di cosa desideri. Avere chiari i desideri ti rende più attento alle opportunità che ti aiuteranno a realizzarli. Grazie alla consapevolezza questa esperienza si trasformerà in un potente strumento di forte crescita personale e di un prodigioso auto-superamento, che ti darà la possibilità di migliorare sia te stesso che il mondo che ti circonda.
Ci sono tante cose pronte per te, devi solo prendere la consapevolezza di ciò che realmente desideri per aumentare il tuo potere e attivarlo verso di te. In questo momento storico c’è bisogno di sogni! Le cose nella vita si possono attrarre, si possono creare e si possono volere.
