COME CREARE UN ARMADIO CAPSULA SETTIMANALE

In origine, la creazione di un guardaroba capsula, ideato da Susie Faux, era legata a una strategia per ottimizzare il guardaroba con pochi abiti, versatili, di qualità, facilmente abbinabili, per risparmiare tempo e denaro (puoi leggere il post “COME CREARE UN GUARDAROBA CAPSULA).

Una Consulenza d’Immagine può essere il punto di partenza migliore per costruire il guardaroba dei tuoi sogni ( puoi vedere i miei Servizi di Consulenza qui! ), ma se non sei ancora un’esperta, e vuoi iniziare a mettere in pratica questo sistema di gestione del tuo armadio, ti consiglio di cominciare per creare una mini-capsule settimanale che ti aiuterà ad affinare un tuo metodo personale.

Questa idea geniale, si è sviluppata negli anni dando luogo a tante rivisitazioni: dalle capsule con un numero limitato di capi, all’organizzazione del guardaroba per stagioni, diventando un metodo tra i più utilizzati e riconosciuti per migliorare la gestione del guardaroba.

La creazione di un guardaroba “ideale”, estremamente funzionale, e che risponda alle esigenze personali, è per tanti un obiettivo difficile da raggiungere. Nella maggior parte dei casi, il problema radica nella quantità di indumenti ammassati dentro gli armadi che non indossiamo mai, e che spesso non ricordiamo di avere. Le ricerche sostengono che in linea di massima utilizziamo solo il 20% di quello che possediamo. Il risultato è ritrovarsi un guardaroba con tanti capi scoordinati, a volte dimenticati, talora acquistati a caso, ai quali non si dà il giusto valore.

Un altro fattore che non aiuta all’ottimizzazione del guardaroba riguarda la mancanza di organizzazione e di programmazione. La creazione di un guardaroba ben articolato, agile, versatile ed efficiente, necessita di una strategia che supporti e faciliti la gestione dell’armadio. Bisogna avere una buona conoscenza di sé, delle caratteristiche fisiche e cromatiche, del proprio stile di vita e delle proprie esigenze.

#1. INIZIARE MEGLIO LA GIORNATA: MENO STRESSATI PIÙ SODDISFATTI

Studi fatti hanno riscontrato che il potere decisionale di cui disponiamo durante il giorno è una risorsa limitata, motivo per il quale, semplificare al massimo l’inizio della giornata e ridurre le decisioni appena svegli, comporterà un minor spreco di energia aiutandoci a ottimizzare la produttività. Avere pronto il tuo outfit eviterà lo stress di dover scegliere velocemente i capi da indossare con il rischio che non ti facciano sentire a tuo agio, e di sentirti insoddisfatto per aver finito indossando i soliti abiti che non ti valorizzano come vorresti.

#2. SFRUTTARE AL MEGLIO TUTTI GLI INDUMENTI DEL GUARDAROBA

La prerogativa essenziale per avere un closet funzionale, con tanti possibili abbinamenti per indossare i tuoi vestiti, non è come tanti pensano lo spazio a disposizione. Un grande armadio non organizzato rimarrà comunque poco efficiente. La sistemazione dei capi per dimensione e tipologia permetterà di trovare rapidamente quello che serve, e con una disposizione ben studiata, avrai tutto non solo a portata di mano ma anche a portata di sguardo, permettendoti di scegliere velocemente gli outfit per la settimana.

#3. ACQUISTARE DI MENO EVITANDO LO SPRECO

Sfruttare tutti i capi che possiedi eviterà l’accumulo inconsapevole di indumenti inutili, e l’acquisto di capi che magari possedevi già ma che avevi scordato di avere. Creare una buona visione di tutti gli indumenti e delle molteplici combinazioni possibili tra di loro, favorirà acquisti intelligenti evitando di avere più di quello che realmente ti serve.

STEP PER CREARE LA TUA “WEEKLY CAPSULE”

1. Il punto di partenza per scegliere i capi da indossare è tenere conto delle condizioni meteorologiche previste per la settimana, e scegliere di conseguenza quelli più indicati.

2. È necessario inoltre avere una visione generale degli impegni in programma per decidere quali indumenti saranno i più idonei per ogni occasione d’uso.

3. Inizia con la selezione dei capi d’abbigliamento di cui avrai bisogno ogni giorno, considerando gli outfit necessari ad ogni tipo di impegno. È difficile fare una media dato che le esigenze variano a seconda del tipo di lavoro, degli impegni extra-lavorativi, della quantità di ore in cui vanno indossati gli indumenti (non è lo stesso lavorare 4 ore al giorno che 8 ore), o per esempio del tipo di sudorazione. Si può comunque considerare un cambio ogni due tre o giorni per la parte bassa, e uno ogni giorno o due giorni per la parte alta. Questo non toglie che si possa decidere di cambiare look ogni giorno. Sono scelte soggettive fatte in funzione delle esigenze e preferenze personali.

4. È molto frequente che dovuto al poco tempo disponibile la mattina, gli accessori vengano lasciati in secondo piano, finendo così per indossare sempre le solite cose (come succede con borse e scarpe) o addirittura non indossarli per niente (come per esempio i bijoux, le cinture o i cappelli). Prepararli in anticipo e trovarli già pronti insieme al tuo outfit, è il modo migliore per sfruttarli di più, per creare gli abbinamenti che daranno un senso di completezza alla tua mise, e più personalità al tuo look, sottolineando il tuo stile. Non tralasciare l’intimo, anche se non si vede c’è e non va sottovalutato.

5. Scegli un giorno da dedicare a questo compito, ti prenderà poco tempo e i benefici li avrai ogni mattina, per tutta la settimana. Puoi farlo il sabato, la domenica sera, o un giorno libero che hai durante la settimana. Se riesci mettili insieme in un posto a parte, in uno stand appendiabiti o in un angolo dedicato. Gradualmente diventerai sempre più abile, e con il passare del tempo riuscirai a velocizzare questa piccola incombenza che di media prende tra i 15 -20 minuti.

Ti invito a provare questo sistema di programmazione settimanale del guardaroba, sono sicura che segnerà un prima e un dopo nel miglioramento della tua quotidianità e della tua immagine. L’anno è appena incominciato, e questo può essere il momento giusto per ottimizzare la gestione del tuo closet, avere sempre le idee chiare su cosa indossare e sfruttare di più gli indumenti che possiedi creando tanti abbinamenti.

Tuttavia, i vantaggi non finiscono qui, perché oltre a sentirti veramente soddisfatta del tuo stile, ne beneficerà anche il tuo umore e la tua autostima, migliorando l’approccio con te stessa e con gli altri.
